Harris Kalinka in Sri Lanka

Our wonderful team has been working really hard and we felt they deserved a break. A company trip seemed a great idea.

We polled what kind of trip they would like and the consensus was that it should:

   feel like an adventure
•   include plenty of time in nature
   include plenty of food, and
offer the possibility of some golf.

No one can remember why Sri Lanka was floated as an option, but after a little bit of research it was clear it ticked all the boxes. They even have some great golf courses, so it was an easy decision to make.

During 9 days in November, we visited 6 Sri Lankan cities, went on safari, climbed Sigiriya mountain, trekked around Horton Plains, took a scenic train ride through vast tea plantations, ate our fair share of seafood, watched England play Sri Lanka in the cricket, and even found time to play a round of golf at the Nuwara Eliya Golf Club.

Here are a few of our favourite photos from the trip.
