Dusk visualisation showing the undulating tiled roof of the country house
We’d never worked with Kirkland Fraser Moor, but as soon as we saw their undulating tiled roof design we knew we wanted to do this project, even if it meant working for free (just don’t tell them that).
The images were used to present the design to the client and for marketing, but the priority was for gaining planning permission. Key to achieving this was demonstrating the impact of the house and the vineyards on the existing landscape, so we worked closely with The Landscape Agency to create images that could be presented as a before and after, leaving no doubt in the minds of the planning committee.
The project was granted planning permission and using the same 3d model (a great cost saving!) we created a set of images for marketing, which combined even more appealing angles with sensual lighting.
