We can’t reveal too many details, as this project remains confidential, but we can share that it’s set on a small island, ranks among the most picturesque sites we’ve ever worked on, and will feature a golf course designed by Clyde Johnson of Cunnin’ Golf Design.
To bring the vision to life for potential investors, we created this cinematic teaser and series of renderings.
Our focus was on three holes that best capture the character of the island and the proposed course, from farmhouse ruins and swathes of purple heather to rocky outcrops and spectacular views across the surrounding landscape.
Working from the proposed course layout and an existing topographical survey of the island, Clyde designed the course to sit naturally within the terrain, with only minor adjustments required around the green complexes.
We were also delighted to collaborate with Chris Haspell, who was previously involved at Cabot Highlands, and who provided valuable guidance to both us and the client throughout the project.
