First Tee Kids Course

One of our favourite projects we’ve ever been involved with – if not the favourite.

The First Tee in Greater Charleston is creating a golf club where the kids are the members, and adults can only play if they’re invited.

At the heart of the project is a 9-hole short course that doubles as a putting course, designed by Brian Schneider and Troy Miller. The project also features a Himalayas-style putting green, a learning centre, and a starter’s hut built into a treehouse.

Our visuals were created to give potential donors a sense of what the finished project will look like and, hopefully, tempt them to help make it a reality. At the time of writing, they have already raised 70% of their $14 million goal, with the hope of opening in January 2028.

The big question for us was: how do you make it clear that this is a golf course for children?

The answer was simple, but technically challenging: show the kids swinging, chipping, putting, and most importantly having fun.

We’re incredibly proud to have helped bring this project to life. Now we just hope that, when it’s built, the kids will invite us to play!
