Fox Harb’r

Fox Harb’r Resort, a luxury destination in Nova Scotia, is undergoing a major transformation—expanding from one course into two, each with its own distinct character. The Ocean and Vineyard Courses are being designed by renowned golf course architects Doug Carrick and Tom McBroom.

The Ocean Course will be the first to open, inspired by Scottish links and playing along the scenic Northumberland shore. It will be followed by the Vineyard Course, a heathland-style layout that winds through forests, meadows, and the resort’s vineyards.

Our brief was to create a teaser-style animation and a series of renderings to showcase the contrasting courses and generate excitement—both among current members and to help attract new guests.

The visuals were developed in close collaboration with Carrick, McBroom, and Fox Harb’r President Kevin Toth. We worked together on everything from design details to camera angles, narrative, and lighting.

Since launch, the animation and renderings have been featured in marketing campaigns across social media and industry publications.

The full project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
