Punta Brava

There’s a good chance you already know this golf resort in Mexico, because Tiger Woods is on board as the course designer.

Punta Brava is located on a peninsula, extending seven miles out into the Pacific and is characterised by its breathtaking coastline. The existing site can be seen in the promotional video produced by Ridley Scott. However, the developer wanted to excite potential investors by showing them what it could be – and this is where Harris Kalinka came in.

We created animations for six holes, showing a flyover from tee to green. Alongside these, we also created a trailer style animation, showing an overview of the course from the air, combined with close-up views from a selection of the most spectacular ocean front holes. The animations were used in individual presentations to potential investors, and at the time of writing the developer is close to securing the funding required to start construction.

There are future plans for a private hotel, multiple dining venues, villa residences and spa, and if you are lucky enough to be invited to become part of the members only club, then you might have the opportunity to play the course.
